UpChannels
Pro Marketing

A real team runs the marketing, on your store's own system.

Pro Marketing is the done-for-you half of UpChannels. Instead of another dashboard to learn, you pick a package — social posting, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, a website, or an online store — and our team plans it, launches it, and reports on it while your staff keeps selling. It is built for small retailers and service businesses with nobody in-house to do marketing.

Five managed packages, ordered from the Pro Marketing screen inside UpChannelsCampaigns run in your own ad accounts and your own Google Business ProfileGoogle Ads spend read week by week against the revenue your store actually rang up

Every package is quoted before work starts and billed separately from your software subscription. See what the software itself costs.

Software plus a team

Who does the work when you buy Pro Marketing?

A service you order, not a screen you learn

Everything else in UpChannels is software you operate. Pro Marketing is the opposite: it is people. The Pro Marketing screen inside the app lists each package with its exact deliverables and a short form that starts the conversation; once a package is agreed, the work happens on our side — the posts, the campaigns, the build — and shows up in your own accounts. For an owner who is already writing orders, receiving stock, and scheduling deliveries, that is the difference between marketing that happens and marketing that stays on the list.

The agency and the system are the same company

Most stores hire an agency that can only see clicks, because the register sits in software the agency has no access to. Here the marketing team and the platform are the same company, so the conversation about next month's budget starts from the orders your store recorded — including the sales that finish over the phone or at the counter, which no ad platform ever sees. There is no data to re-key between vendors and no third party to coordinate when a campaign changes.

Reporting

How ad spend gets read against what the store actually sold

You connect your Google Ads account to UpChannels once, through Google's own sign-in — no password is handed over, and you can disconnect from the same screen whenever you want. Ads Insights then shows live data from that account: spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, cost per click, and a period-over-period comparison. The weekly view is the one that matters for a store. Each week's ad spend and clicks sit on the same row as the revenue your store recorded that week, the number of retail orders behind it, and the door traffic logged in your daily journal.

What this is not, yet

That is a week-level side-by-side, not per-sale attribution. UpChannels will not tell you that order #2402 traces back to one keyword. The combined campaign-and-sales screen is still in development and shows no sample numbers in the meantime, so nothing on it can be mistaken for your real performance. Facebook results come from the team's reporting — there is no Meta dashboard inside the app today.

Ads Insights is included on the Pro and Premium plans rather than Basic, so a store on the entry plan sees the team's monthly report rather than a live campaign screen. Compare the plans.

Included in the software

The marketing that runs itself, whether or not you hire us

Some marketing does not need a person at all, and it is already part of the platform. These run off the orders and customer records you create anyway, which is why they keep working on the weeks nobody has time to think about marketing.

Review invitations, one day after the job is done

A day after an order is completed, UpChannels emails that customer a review invitation — by text as well when they have given SMS consent — then follows up on unanswered invitations every three days, up to two reminders, and stops. Every customer gets the same Google review link no matter what rating they leave, because rating-gated review funnels violate Google's policy. Those invitations ride the customer portal's notification sweep, so they need the Customer Portal (Pro and Premium) turned on for your store.

SMS campaigns built from your own sales history

Build an audience out of your customer records — filter by when someone last bought and how much they spent, or pick names by hand — write the message, then send it now or schedule it for a date and time. Plans that include SMS come with a dedicated number for the store. More on SMS campaigns.

Reviews and loyalty in the same place as the orders

Connect your Google Business Profile and the reviews it collects are readable and answerable from inside UpChannels, so replies do not depend on someone remembering to open another tab. Loyalty programs run off the same sales data — points and rewards calculated from orders your store already recorded, with no separate loyalty system to reconcile.

Common questions

Pro Marketing questions, answered

Is Pro Marketing software I use, or people who do it?
People. Pro Marketing is a set of managed packages — social posting, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, a website, an online store — that the UpChannels team plans, launches, and runs for you, and the Pro Marketing screen inside the app is where you review what each one includes and start the conversation. The software side of marketing is separate: SMS campaigns, review invitations, loyalty, and the Google reviews inbox come with your plan whether or not you ever hire the team.
Can I buy just the Google Ads package without the rest of it?
Yes. Each package stands on its own and is quoted on its own, so a store that only needs paid search can buy only that and add social or a website later. Pricing is a flat monthly fee agreed before any work starts and billed separately from your software subscription — the pricing page covers what the software itself costs, including the 14-day free trial with no credit card.
Who owns the Google Ads account, the pixel, and the website?
You do. Campaigns run in your own Google Ads account and your own Google Business Profile — we ask for manager access, not ownership — so the account, its history, and its conversion learning stay with you if you ever leave. The link to UpChannels is made through Google sign-in rather than a shared password, and you can disconnect it yourself from the Ads Insights screen at any time.
Can I see which sale came from which ad?
Not sale by sale, and it would be dishonest to say otherwise. What UpChannels shows today is a weekly side-by-side: each week of ad spend, clicks, and conversions from your connected Google Ads account next to the revenue your store recorded that week, the retail order count, and the door traffic from your daily journal. The combined per-campaign and sales view is still in development and shows no placeholder numbers until it is connected, and the live ads screen is on the Pro and Premium plans rather than Basic.
Does the website package include an online store?
It depends which of the two you buy. The display website package is up to five responsive pages with a lead form, on-page SEO basics, analytics, hosting, security, backups, and one content update a month — it does not include a cart. Selling online is the eCommerce package: the storefront build, your catalog and collections, payments, tax and shipping rules, and migration from a store you already run. Tell us which one you need before you buy, because rebuilding a display site into a storefront later costs more than starting there.
Which social networks do you post to?
Facebook and your Google Business Profile — 12 to 16 posts a month across the two, from an editorial calendar agreed with you, plus light community monitoring and reusable brand templates. Instagram, TikTok, and the rest are not part of the standard social package today, so if one of those is where your customers actually are, raise it before you buy and we will tell you what we can honestly commit to.
What marketing happens after a sale if I never hire the team?
UpChannels asks for the review itself. A day after an order is completed it emails the customer an invitation, adds a text when that customer has given SMS consent, and follows up on unanswered invitations every three days for up to two reminders before stopping. Every customer sees the same Google review link regardless of the rating they give, because filtering out unhappy customers breaks Google policy. Those invitations run on the customer portal notification sweep, so the Customer Portal (Pro and Premium) has to be turned on for your store.

Pro Marketing Automation is one part of UpChannels

Pro Marketing is the done-for-you marketing program inside UpChannels: a small retailer or service business picks a managed package — social posting on Facebook and Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, a five-page website, or an online store — and the UpChannels team plans, launches, and reports on it instead of the owner doing it after closing. Because the same company runs the software behind the counter, Google Ads spend is read week by week against the revenue the store actually recorded, not against clicks alone, and the marketing that needs no person at all — review invitations after a completed order, scheduled SMS campaigns, loyalty — is already part of the platform. Each package is quoted before work starts and billed separately from the software subscription.

UpChannels is an all-in-one platform for small retailers and service businesses — sales, inventory, customers, scheduling, delivery, payments and finance in one system — and a real team that builds your website, runs your ads, and automates the busywork. Every capability below is included in the same subscription, with no integration to wire up between them.

The product moves faster than this page. UpChannels ships updates most weeks, so a description here can lag what is already in the software. Where the two disagree, the running product is the current version — tell us if you find one and we will correct the page.
