System Integration

Connect the tools you already use into one connected system

Keep QuickBooks, your processor, and the tools you trust — our team wires them into the one system that runs your store, so nothing gets typed twice and every number agrees with the register. A total solution doesn't mean replacing everything; it means nothing left disconnected.

Common questions

Integration questions, answered

Do I have to give up QuickBooks?
No. Most stores keep their accountant and keep QuickBooks, and we sync to it. Replacing your books is not the goal; ending the double entry between the register and the ledger is.
Can you move my data out of the system I use now?
Usually yes. Products, customers, open orders and history can normally be migrated from a spreadsheet export or a database dump. Some legacy systems make their data genuinely hard to get out — we will tell you what is recoverable before you commit, not after.
What if the tool I use has no public API?
Then we say so. Some integrations are not possible at any price, and a scheduled file import is sometimes the honest answer instead of a live sync. We would rather scope that correctly than promise a connection that breaks quietly.
Can I keep my own card processor?
Yes. The platform takes no percentage of your card volume, and you can bring the processor you already have. Stripe is offered as an integrated option when you want charges recorded against the order automatically.
Who maintains the integration after it is built?
We do. Connected systems break when a vendor changes an API or rotates a credential, so integrations are monitored and repaired as part of the ongoing service rather than billed as a new project each time.
Is this a one-time project or ongoing?
The build is a project; keeping it working is ongoing. We scope the build separately so you know what you are buying, and the maintenance is what keeps it from silently drifting six months later.

System Integration is one of six things our team does for you

UpChannels connects the tools a small business already depends on — QuickBooks, an existing POS, payment gateways, supplier feeds, email and CRM tools — to the system that runs the store, so the same number is never typed twice. The work is done by our team, not handed to you as an API key and a documentation link.

UpChannels is a software and service company for small retailers and service businesses. The software gets the store organized — sales, inventory, customers, scheduling, delivery, payments and finance in one system — and this team does the growth work software alone cannot. Because we run both, the work is measured against the sales your own system recorded, not against clicks.
