Amounts are computed server-side, and payments reconcile back into the order automatically. Need a different day? A quick change request lands right on the order’s staff notes.

Owner-toggleable automatic emails — with opt-in SMS — send the portal link at key moments: payment received, appointment scheduled, a day-before reminder in your store’s own timezone, and order completed. After completion, send a review request that always ends with a “Review us on Google” button.
